第一圈``手的位置 換法
重要的是換手支撐身體，時(shí)間不用過(guò)長(cháng)3秒就行，重點(diǎn)是空中換手的動(dòng)作 1次就行。 習慣左手轉的人用右手先下地，逆時(shí)針轉，右手下地的位置是左腳前方``下地的同時(shí)身體已經(jīng)騰空``然后左手在右手后面找地〈這時(shí)身體已經(jīng)轉了90度〉。這時(shí)右手推一下地``右手離地〈左手支撐全部身體〉身體的重心換到了左手``在換手的同時(shí)你的身體會(huì )有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的旋轉的趨勢。這時(shí)右手去抓左手手腕。剛抓到手時(shí)手臂有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)彎曲，手臂瞬間用力。身體這時(shí)已經(jīng)轉了一圈。
